The host was really helpful, and left lots of booklets and things to do in the surrounding area. Would happily have stayed longer and definitely wouldn’t hesitate to go back! "Wunderschönes Stadthaus, mit einem tollen Pool im Garten. Leider konnten wir den Pool aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nur einen Tag nutzen.Die Treppe ist etwas steil, aber für Menschen machbar. Unser Hund (30kg, nicht mal eben tragbar) hat problemlos unten geschlafen. Restaurants und einige Geschäfte sind um die Ecke (5 min zu Fuß). Die Besitzer sind super nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen."

"This little place had so much character. I think the host built it by hand. It is indeed "petite". I would not recommend to anyone taller than 5 foot 10 inches (178cm) 🙂. The hosts went above and beyond, very welcoming and helpful. I stayed with my son, he loved the little cozy bunkbed. There isn't any privacy but I was staying with close family so that didn't matter. I would definitely stay there again."

"In the past we have always driven through this area to holiday somewhere else, and after a week spent in this lovely, friendly walled town, we wish we had stopped off years ago. The town is so interesting, with walks around the top of, and the outside of the town walls, the climb to the top of the belfry, the Sunday morning car boot sale and Monday morning market. Short car journeys take you to the dunes at the coast, the hillier area inland, and the interesting towns of Belgian Flanders. So...
